Sensei Wasyl Kolesnikov 6th Dan demonstrates examples of power of mind.
To do these exercises one has to be relaxed and focused. During the
Aikido techniques Sensei is showing two big principles in Aikido. Irimi -
which means to enter, go straight (but not clash). Tenkan - which means
to turn. This helps to dissipate the power. Sensei Kolesnikov has a new
book available, "Return to the Source"
